Vibrant Peanut-2001 Buckskin gelding by Vibrant Ginsing X Silkys Blue San. Peanut is a cow horse deluxe. He loves to work a cow, either facing up or working a cow on the fence. You will look a long time to find a better cow horse. We have been competing on him since the fall of his three year old year in AQHA Versatility Ranch Horse classes. This event requires a lot of any horse and it is especially difficult for a young horse. These horses are asked to compete in five classes-working ranch horse, ranch riding, ranch cutting, ranch trail, and conformation. As he has matured he has gotten better every step of the way. He can go on to compete in any of the ranch horse events or he would make a great team penning horse.

Lucky Girl 863 (above)-1986 Chestnut mare. This is an excellent broodmare that raises good minded and gentle babies. She is an easy breeder, as we have pasture bred and AI'd her. This mare was destined to be a futurity horse for her original owners until an injury put her in the broodmare band. We have bred her to either buckskin or dun stallions and got a colored baby every time. On May 22, 2005 she foaled a palomino filly by Vibrant Ginsing a buckskin stallion that is 7/8ths brother to Peppys Boy 895 the sire of the 1999 NCHA Open Futurity Champion, Shania Cee. Vibrant Ginsing sired Vibrant Peanut, a 2001 buckskin gelding that we won the RMQHA Stallion Stakes Ranch Horse Competition on in October, 2004. Lucky Girl 863 has been sold but her 2005 palomino filly is still available. The palomino filly is priced at $2,500.00. Email or call for recent pictures of the filly.

Mr Peppy Wood (above)-2003 AQHA Black Stallion by Peponita Wood X Peppy Blue Silk. This colt is a stud prospect and a definite performance prospect. He is very cowy and both his sire and dam were excellent cow horses in their performance days. I raised his dam and she is my favorite mare, she was easy to train and an excellent cow horse that you can do anything on whether on the ranch roping, cow work, trail riding, or in the arena. We are currently showing her in the AQHA Versatility Ranch Horse Shows. Woody has a soft eye, shallow mouth, and is easy to handle. This colt has the conformation, color, pedigree, and a great attitude. He will be a good one. This is one of most easy going 3year old stud colts you will ever find. Nothing seems to rattle him or get him excited. He takes life as it comes. He is really starting to take to his training and looks forward to being handled and rode each day. Woody is making a nice cow horse. He should finish at 15 hands.

Ima Peppy Poco Candy (above)-1999 Sorrel mare. This mare has already proven herself in the show pen. Her accomplishments include RMQHA Amateur Ranch Horse Versatility Champion, Longmont, CO May, 2003: RMQHA Open Ranch Horse Versatility Reserve Champion, Cheyenne, WY., June, 2003; and National Western Stock Show Top 10 Overall (9th) under two Judges in AQHA Versatility Ranch Horse (34 horses in class), January, 2004; RMQHA Reserve CHampion at the Silver Jubilee Ranch Horse Reunion, Golden, CO., October, 2005. The AQHA Ranch Horse class requires a horse to be able to cut a cow, run a reining pattern, rope a cow, ride quiet, complete a trail course, and thenstand in a conformation class against all the other horses in the class including stallions, geldings, and mares. Not many young horses can do it all. This one can. As one of the youngest horses competing she has held her own each time. She has the cow sense, the athletic ability, horse sense, size, speed, and looks to do it all. If you are looking for a roping  horse, she is the one. She has the size the ropers like, 15.3 and 1200 pounds. Candy is the best roping horse we have on the place. She is calm in the box, has the speed and the rate to get you in position everytime. One of the nice things about getting these horses ready to do the ranch horse competitions is that it gets them ready to do lots of other things as well. If you like to trail ride or go for a ride around the neighborhood, she is ready to go. Look at her bloodlines, she will make an excellent broodmare when the time comes.

SOLD-THANKS AND CONGRATULATIONS TO NEAL FROM NEBRASKA. WATCH FOR NEAL AND CANDY AT FUTURE RANCH HORSE COMPETITIONS! GOOD LUCK!!

Silkys Foxy Lena (above)-This 2001 AQHA Red Dun filly is an athlete. She is quick and alert but gentle and quiet. She has had 6 months of professional training in Texas and was exposed to lots of ranch work, roping calves, doctoring wheat pasture yearlings, and other general ranch work. Her riding has continued here in Colorado and she has been used in the mountains for trail riding and packing-you can go anywhere and do just about anything on her. She is ready to go on in whatever performance direction you want. If you are in the market for a heading and/or heeling horse, take a look at her. She will really track and rate a steer and give you a good shot every time. She has the speed for those quick ones and the cow sense to rate the slower steers. She will make an excellent versatility ranch horse or a reined cow horse, as well as a roper. Foxy is gentle and easy to get along with, however she will work best for a rider with some experience and not a beginner. Her sire has his NCHA Certificate of Ability, over $8K in NCHA earning and NRHA earnings as well. Her dam has AQHA points and produced an AQHA point earner with her first foal, as well as money earners in jackpot cuttings, team penning, and roping. Her dam has been our best producer and we have used several of her daughters in our broodmare band.SOLD-THANKS AND CONGRATULATIONS TO CONNIE IN ARIZONA. GOOD LUCK IN YOUR FUTURE SHOWS!

Luckys Chex (above)- 2003 AQHA Buckskin Filly by Chex N Dun It X Lucky Girl 863. This filly's pedigree has everything you want in a performance horse, whether it is cow horse events or reining. Her sire has won money in NRHA, Ranch Horse Shows, and is an AQHA point earner. Her dam was headed to the NCHA Futurity until an injury moved her to the broodmare band. Hollywood Dun It,

Reminic, and Doc Bar are all in her pedigree. She has the look, the conformation, and the color to turn a judge's head. She is well started (30 rides as of May 22) and is a dream to ride. She carries her head in a naturally low position and is hunting the stop, already making those 4-5 foot slides with little effort. She is progressing on schedule and proving to be the athlete she is bred to be. She is a definite prospect for reined cow horse, reining, or working cow horse enthusiasts.

Joker Hai, "Joker", is a pretty red dun gelding that should have been named "Gentle Ben". He is the most gentle, easy going 3 yr old gelding you will ever find. He has had more riding than most 4, 5, or 6 yr olds. He was started and used on the ranch in Texas for the last 10 months. He has doctored yearlings in the pasture, gathered cows, worked gates, roped many, many yearlings, plus all the other ranch chores, and does it all with the best attitude you could ask for. He is a nice horse for almost anyone to use as a trail horse, a roping horse, or just about anything else. He is calm and easy going in all situations. He loads, shoes, and trims for anyone. His breeding is cowhorse through and through so if you want to use him for any of the cow events, he is a definite prospect for any of them. This is a nice horse, come ride him and see for yourself.  Full brother to Silkys Foxy Lena, listed

above.
